This is not a hose clamp pliers set. It's a mixed hose-and-trim set — two clamp tools, three trim/clip tools. That's a different buyer and a different search term.

Also: my last draft claimed swivel jaws, ratchet locking, and chrome vanadium. None of that appears in these specs. Only #1 has a lever. Scrap that draft.

The clip that snaps because you levered it with a screwdriver. The spring clamp that fires across the bay. The door card you have to take off to get to the window motor. None of these are hard jobs. They're jobs where the wrong tool costs you a broken clip and a trip to the dealer for a part that costs four dollars and takes a week.

Tube clamp plier — 22cm. Grips and holds the clamp while you work the hose. Long enough to reach past the intake without taking the intake off.

Vise-type tube bundle plier — 35mm jaw opening, 11mm thick. Short, stiff, and made to sit on a clamp without walking off it. This is the one you use when the clamp is right in front of you and you just need it to open and stay open.

Trim clip plier — 23.5cm, offset jaws. Slides under a panel clip and pulls straight. The clip survives. So does the panel.

Angled clip plier — hooked jaws that get behind a fastener you can only reach from the side.

Double-ended pry bar — 19cm. Hook on one end, 10mm fork on the other. Lifts trim, pops clips, gets under badges and weatherstrip without marking the paint.

Vinyl-dipped handles that stay in your hand with coolant on your fingers.
