You know which screwdriver you need. You've known for ten seconds. It's the #2 Phillips, and it's somewhere under the pliers, behind the sockets, in the drawer that sounds like a slot machine every time you open it.

This is a 16-inch anodized aluminum rail with high-tension clips down the length of it. Screwdrivers go in tip-down, handles out, every one visible from across the bay. You reach, you grab, you go back to work. No rummaging. No pulling four drivers out to find the fifth.

The back is a neodymium magnet strip — the strong kind, not the fridge kind. Put it on the side of your toolbox, the underside of a shelf, a steel workbench leg, a pegboard. It holds a full rack of drivers without walking, and it comes off clean when you want it somewhere else. Nothing to drill. Nothing permanent.

The clips are the part that matters. Each one opens to 22mm, so it takes a precision driver, a #3 Phillips, a nut driver, or a stubby without complaint. They hold when the drawer gets slammed. Pull one out, the rest stay put.

Aluminum, so it doesn't rust, doesn't bend when the box takes a knock, and doesn't care about brake cleaner or gear oil.
